Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Working alongside our Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses, you'll help deliver proactive, relationship-based care focused on prevention, innovation, and exceptional patient experiences. Deliver Exceptional Clinical Care
- Perform nursing assessments and clinical testing within your scope.
- Assist with office procedures and treatments.
- Administer medications and injections.
- Perform venipuncture, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
Partner in Patient Care
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide patient education, health coaching, and wellness programming.
- Support referrals, investigations, and ongoing follow-up.
- Help patients move beyond symptom management toward long-term health and wellness.
Innovate & Grow
- Contribute ideas that enhance patient care and clinic operations.
- Participate in developing new clinical programs and wellness initiatives.
- Grow your skills through mentorship and continuing education in areas such as preventative medicine, metabolic health, hormone health, chronic disease management, and lifestyle medicine.
Job Requirements:
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current CPR certification and Police Check.
- Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a passion for preventative healthcare.
- Experience in primary care, community health, ambulatory care, or medical aesthetics is an asset.
