JUNIOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
Join Morrison Homes as a Junior Residential Construction Estimator in our Calgary office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare residential construction estimates.
· Complete quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
· Price customer extras, upgrades, and change orders.
· Coordinate with estimating, purchasing, sales, construction, and selection studio teams.
· Communicate with trade partners and suppliers.
· Report to the Estimating & Purchasing Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Residential construction experience is an asset.
· Knowledge of residential construction practices, drawings, and specifications.
· Proficiency with Excel, Word, Sage 300 CRE, Builder MT, and other database-driven systems is an asset.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
