Spurr Heating and Air Conditioning is a TSSA-licensed residential HVAC contractor serving Hamilton and the surrounding area. We're an authorized York dealer and a registered HRSP (Home Renovation Savings Program) participating contractor, with a growing team known for quality installs and honest service. We're looking for a driven Comfort Advisor to turn our steady lead flow into satisfied homeowners.
The Role
As a Comfort Advisor, you'll run in-home consultations with homeowners who need a new furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump — assessing their comfort needs, presenting system options, and closing the sale. Leads are provided; your job is to show up, build trust, and help customers choose the right solution for their home and budget.
What you'll do:
- Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home sales appointments (no cold-calling for leads)
- Perform load calculations and system assessments to recommend the right-sized equipment
- Present financing, rebate, and HRSP program options to help customers make confident decisions
- Follow up on estimates and maintain a healthy pipeline through to close
- Represent Spurr's brand with honesty and professionalism in every home you enter
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience
- Comfortable with a 100% commission, uncapped-earning pay structure
- Strong closing skills and the confidence to handle objections
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- HVAC/mechanical knowledge is an asset but not required — we'll train you on the technical side
- Self-motivated, coach able, and organized with follow-up
