We are dedicated to providing efficient, convenient, and professional rental solutions, helping clients find their ideal residential and commercial spaces. Our portfolio currently includes 50 residential units (across both long-term and short-term rentals) and is projected to grow to over 200 units within the next two years.
We are building a lean, high-performance team and are seeking a Residential Property Manager to lead and scale our property management platform.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth platform at an early stage and play a key role in shaping operations.
Responsibilities
Tenant & Guest Operations
- Manage all tenant and short-term guest communications across platforms (Airbnb, direct rental, etc.)
- Handle full guest lifecycle on Airbnb: pre-arrival coordination, check-in instructions, in-stay support, and check-out arrangements
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all inquiries, issues, and emergencies
- Maintain high service quality for short-term stays (cleaning coordination, turnover readiness, guest experience)
- Identify and convert suitable short-term guests (e.g. 10–28 day stays) into long-term rental opportunities
Airbnb Platform Operations
- Operate and maintain Airbnb listings, including calendar management, pricing updates (based on guidance), and booking coordination
- Monitor listing performance and occupancy; ensure listings remain active, accurate, and competitive
- Handle guest reviews, ratings, and platform communication to maintain strong account performance
- Ensure smooth operational flow of incoming and outgoing guests
Leasing & Conversion
- Manage inquiries from multiple channels (Airbnb, Xiaohongshu, direct leads)
- Coordinate and conduct showings (especially for KPLEX and room rentals)
- Follow up with leads and drive leasing conversion
- Support transition from short-term to long-term tenants where applicable
- Track basic leasing pipeline (inquiries → showings → conversions)
Maintenance & Property Operations
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Coordinate repairs and vendors (cleaning, contractors, etc.)
- Conduct basic unit checks during turnover and ensure readiness
- Flag issues and suggest necessary repairs or improvements
Rent Collection & Coordination with Finance
- Track lease timelines (start dates, renewal dates, payment schedules)
- Follow up with tenants on upcoming payments and renewals
- Coordinate closely with finance to ensure accurate rent tracking and reconciliation
- Maintain organized records of tenant status and payment timelines
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in residential property management and leasing
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain composed in tenant-facing situations
- Familiar with Yardi
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of the landlord/tenant legislation and property management best practices
- Comfortable collaborating with finance team to handling rent collection, tenant issues, and maintenance coordination
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between sites
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000-70,000 (commensurate with experience)
