As a result of continued growth, our company has excellent opportunities for the position of Aluminum Fabricator who are looking for a stable career with unlimited growth potential. The successful candidate will be an individual who is reliable, responsible and works well in a team environment and on their own.
Duties in this position include, but not limited to:
- Assembly of curtain walls and alum. window material
- Applying glazing tapes, sealing required frame joints
- Brake and bending of sheet metal and aluminum shapes
- Making aluminum skin insulation panels
- Use of hand tools, power tools, impacts, and screwguns.
- Measure, mark, cutting, and grinding of aluminum
- Building of aluminum frames with screw and spigot connections
-Record apparent overages, shortages, and damages to freight on applicable reports
-May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Physically fit and strong
-Ability to consistently lift up to sixty pounds in standing, bending, and rotating motions
- Previous experience in the glazing industry preferred but not required
- Ability to meet schedule deadlines while maintaining highest standard of quality
- Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings, building schematics
- Experience with power tools including air tools, drills, chop saws, etc
- Ability to read and understand both imperial and metric measurements
-Organized and keen attention to detail
-Must have a valid drivers license
Salary will be based on experience

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
