Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper Receiver/Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, and Milton, within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on logistics and warehousing professional who enjoys a fast-paced setting, accurate inventory work, and safe forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork for loading and off-loading trucks, including daily submission of trucking information.
- Receive incoming courier packages, verify goods received, and print warehouse labels as required.
- Perform inventory counts and help ensure products, materials, and supplies are properly stocked.
- Operate Counter Balance forklift, Raymond Reach, or Order Picker equipment to load, unload, move, and stage products and materials.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while following company procedures.
- Support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities to meet operational timelines.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
