Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies
- Handle cash register operations efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions
- Educate customers about menu options and promote new or popular products to enhance their experience
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and uphold brand standards
Skills
