Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive customer credit files, including financial statements, reference information, payment history, larger payment arrangements, additional documentation, and additional security, if applicable.
Review, analyze, update, and negotiate with new applicants and customers seeking a credit extension or different terms to develop appropriately structured agreements, including terms, security, and limits, to mitigate credit risk.
Work with the Chief Financial Officer and other Riverbend Team Leaders to determine credit worthiness through credit checks and/or security, if applicable, required on high-risk accounts.

Ensure all statements are accurately processed and communicated in a timely manner, handle outstanding invoices, write-offs, and journal entries, and ensure required reports are distributed.
Key patronage adjustments, maintain equity change requests, assist in the preparation of board reports, and provide solutions and recommendations.
Adhere to all credit policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in account administration while supporting effective risk management and strong internal controls.
Be aware of any issues or accounts that may affect the risk level of the portfolio, evaluate current processes and procedures, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
