KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-
Generate Thermal Simulations and reports using LBNL Laboratories Therm and Window Programs;
-
Assist in taking organic designs from customer vision to commercialization;
-
Use best practices in building science, and thermal analysis;
-
Research materials and systems to determine specific project suitability;
-
Interpret building codes, bylaws and project/design/construction specifications;
-
Prepare detailing in 3D modelling with Inventor, and AutoCAD
-
Participate in project design development.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
-
3-5 years of experience in a design role involving Window/Curtainwall design is an asset;
-
Building Science background considered an asset;
-
NFRC Certification using Therm and Window is an asset;
-
Ability to be organized in a fast paced role while paying attention to detail and accuracy against established targets;

Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office applications;
-
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills a must;
-
Capable of working in a fast paced environment, with tasks changing on a regular basis;
-
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
BASE SALARY RANGE
$65,000 - $80,000 annual salary
