Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. Duties
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including clearing debris and organizing materials
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, or loaders, following safety protocols
- Perform paving tasks and assist with laying foundations or concrete work as needed
- Follow blueprints and instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Support team members in lifting, carrying, and moving materials or tools around the site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist in the installation of structures, framing, or other building components under supervision
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors
Skills
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of paving techniques and general construction processes
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
