What You’ll Do
- Operate press machines after completing a 3-month training program
- Support production of high-performance apparel
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training
What We Offer
- Starting pay: $20.25/hour (increase after probation based on performance)
- Full-time, permanent role (Monday–Friday)
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM
- Minimal overtime and no weekend shifts

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills
