Culbert’s Bakery is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front of House team member to join our crew full-time. This is a position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and loves being part of a tight-knit team serving up delicious, fresh-baked goods every day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Take and package customer orders quickly and accurately
- Open and close the bakery independently (including morning setup and end-of-day cleaning/cashout)
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
- Learn our product offerings quickly and make recommendations to customers
Requirements:
- Must be available for full-time, permanent work
- Weekend availability is required – especially during the busy summer season
- Able to stand on your feet for up to 8-hour shifts
- Excellent customer service skills – friendly, approachable, and efficient
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with POS systems and cashout procedures
- Must be a quick learner and team player
