Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist & Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and professional Receptionist & Sales Coordinator to join our growing aesthetic clinic. Our clinic specializes in laser hair removal, advanced skincare, facial treatments, and non-surgical cosmetic services.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and can contribute to the growth of our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage appointments, bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments through excellent communication and sales skills.
- Explain clinic services, packages, and promotions confidently.
- Manage Instagram messages, comments, and basic social media administration.
- Maintain accurate client records and clinic documentation.
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and assist the team as needed.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Requirements

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Experience:
