Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our home building team. The ideal candidate will assist with various hands-on tasks across multiple projects, supporting skilled trades and ensuring smooth operations on-site. This role offers an opportunity to develop a broad skill set in construction, masonry, woodworking, and related fields while contributing to diverse projects that require physical effort and attention to detail.
Duties
- Perform cleanup, and site preparation activities to ensure safe and efficient work environments.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment for tasks such as siding installation, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and cabinet installation.
- Support carpentry and woodworking tasks including framing, assembly, and finishing work.
- Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry, woodworking, electrical work, plumbing, and general construction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and ability to recognize potential hazards on-site.
- Handyman experience or background in restoration work is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay: $17.20-$32.00 per hour
