Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration and accounting-related responsibilities, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $21–24/hr, depending on experience
- Full-time, temporary position
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer and vendor inquiries
- Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination tasks
- Support reporting and administrative projects as required
- Help maintain efficient office procedures and workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience with AP/AR processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Bonus Points For:
- Bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience assisting with reconciliations or basic financial reporting
