We are currently looking for Full-time/Part-time Temporary Shippers/Receivers for the shift that starts from 2pm till 12:30 a.m. (4X10 / 3X10) for below schedules:
- Wed-Sat - 4X10
- Sun-Wed - 4X10
- Thu-Sun - 4X10
- Thu-Sat - 3X10
- Sun-Tue - 3X10
This position will require scheduling flexibility to cover scheduled and unscheduled absences and provide support when needed to meet the business requirements.
Accountabilities:
- Support the efficiency and effectiveness of the production operation by coordinating the physical movement of goods to/from PCFP according to the established procedures for safe handling and movement of product.
- Pre-shift inspection of mobile equipment. Operate mobile equipment according to the established procedures for safe storage and handling.
- Unload and load trucks of fresh/frozen product, production supplies, and miscellaneous items. Responsible for the organization and storage of product in preparation for production.
- Perform the necessary inspections of incoming shipments and process shipments according to procedures and work instructions.
- Record all relevant information and complete the required documentation for all shipments in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
- Navigate computer programs (Excel, ERP) to monitor shipment schedules, perform data entry, print forms and labels, monitor and send emails, and utilize a scan gun.
- Report and record issues or concerns regarding employee health and safety, product quality, food safety, productivity loss, damage, shipment issues, and any other information that may impact PCFP Operations to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor and/or Production Superintendent.
- Trained to perform all duties for Warehousing, including material storage and movement as well as work in the freezer, production plant, closed warehouse, and outdoor yard.
- Assist in other areas when required, such as production, cleaning and sanitation.

- Work is indoor and outdoor – be prepared for all weather conditions.
- Ability to read, write and speak English required.

- Some heavy lifting required.
- Prior forklift experience highly preferred.
