Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for callers and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a legal office is a plus and preference will be given to candidates with legal training or experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and effectively, directing calls as needed
- Perform data entry with accuracy using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management to ensure organized office workflows
- Follow up with external partners to ensure that information needed for client matters is obtained efficiently
Skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Clerical experience with filing, record management, and administrative support
- Customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a legal office environment is preferred but not mandatory
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
