Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Aesthetician/Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, perform a variety of skincare treatments, and promote our product lines. Duties
- Perform skincare treatments including facials, body treatments, mircroneedling, laser treatments etc. to individual client needs
- Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products
- Assist with front desk responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest inquiries
- Upsell retail products and promote additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and common areas
- Support the team with nail care services or hair styling as needed (nice-to-have skills)
- Engage in retail sales efforts through effective communication and product recommendations
- Deliver outstanding hospitality experiences by ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction during every visit
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician or aesthetician license in accordance with government regulations
- Preferred if able to speak Korean/Chinese
- Experience of Korean beauty aesthetics and Korean Golki massage experience
- Experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in skincare treatments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
- Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling products and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules including evenings or weekends as neededThis role is ideal for passionate skincare professionals eager to grow their career while delivering exceptional service in a welcoming setting.
Pay: $17.20-$40.09 per hour
