Observes work in progress to assure conformance with requirements and acceptable workmanship

Inspection of process piping, power piping and structures from material verification stage to final commissioning and installation

Utilizes applicable procedures, codes, and standards to evaluate test and inspection reports, recommending acceptable or rejection/or rejection

Experience reviewing Work Scope Packages

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Required to have a CWB 1 or 2. QC experience is an asset.

IRATA Certificate required or willing to relocate

Knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.1, VIII.Div.1, IX,II, CSA W47.1 and W59.3 codes is an asset

Knowledge of NDT methods (x-ray/radiographic, mag-particle, liquid penetrant, etc.,) is an asset

Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
