Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling and cooking procedures adhere to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and waste disposal
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or during take-out orders
- Follow proper food safety protocols and maintain proper storage of ingredients
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and meal preparation processes
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- A positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team
