Summary
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. You will play a vital role in engaging customersand coordinating projects from design to installation. You will work with homeowners, designers, and trade clients to help design and coordinate custom drapery and window treatment projects.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on custom drapery applications and window coverings
- Prepare quotes and manage projects from inquiry to installation with the assistance of management
- Assist clients with fabric and product selections; coordinate sample delivery to client
- Liaise with Management and Project Management to schedule check measure and installation
- Manage orders, track receival of fabrics and hardware for each project, liaise with Operations
- Send follow-up emails and track sales process
Qualifications
- Proven experience or education in Interior Design or Interior Decorating preferred
- Proven experience in a client-facing position
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in home décor, textiles, and window treatments
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required)
- Excellent time management abilities and a high attention to detail.
