Glimmer Cleaning is quickly building what we believe is the future of house cleaning. We are looking for a motivated and professional individuals to fill a Team Leader Position and are looking to grow with the company.
JOB: use your vehicle to pick up 1-2 other cleaner at the designated pick up location, and drive to the cleaning property. It will be your job to lead the team during the cleans and ensure the quality stays up to standard.
Requirements:
- Cleaning Experience: (Required)
- Vehicle: (Required)
- Use Vehicle to pick up cleaners at pick-up location and drive to cleans.
- Lead the team according to training.
- Available Mon-Friday (weekends optional)
- Friendliness (with team members and clients)
- We are a pet friendly company
- Reliable/Dependable and on-time
- Have a personal phone with data plan (for clock in/out)
- Can meet at pickup location
- Can follow directions
- Takes the job and leaders instructions seriously
LOCATION: Pickup location at Square One Dr, Mississauga, ON L5B 2C9
SHIFT: Must be available Mon-Friday, between 8:00am-6Pm for 20- 35 hours/week
PAY: $25/h as Team Leader.
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance Bonuses and Rewards
