About the role:
IAMGOLD is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics to support the delivery of data-driven insights that inform our people strategies and business decisions. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), site HR teams, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, reporting, and analytics across our HR systems, with a strong focus on data integrity, consistency, and system optimization.
Responsibilities:
Working across multiple platforms, including Oracle Fusion HCM, the Analyst will design and maintain dashboards, develop meaningful metrics, and perform advanced data analysis to support workforce planning, reporting, and executive decision-making. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate HR data management, supporting system integrations, and enhancing reporting automation and efficiency across the organization.
The Analyst will also contribute to audit, compliance, and investor reporting requirements, ensuring data is standardized, well-documented, and aligned with governance expectations. In addition, the role supports the continuous improvement of HR analytics capabilities, including participation in system enhancements, data governance initiatives, and the HR technology roadmap.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Knowledge:
We’re looking for a collaborative professional with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HR systems. Experience with HRIS platforms—ideally Oracle Fusion HCM—combined with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau will set you up for success.

Salary Range: C$89,000-$133,500
