Avante Audio Visual delivers premium audio visual and event production experiences for corporate events, conferences, and live activations across Canada — and we’re ready to grow. Fast. That means we need a Sales Executive who knows the event world, owns their pipeline, and isn’t afraid to open doors that aren’t already open.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be building new business from the ground up. Hunting, prospecting, pitching, and closing. You’ll work closely with our production team to craft sharp, tailored proposals — but make no mistake, your primary job is to bring Avante into rooms we haven’t been in yet.
∙ Drive new business development across corporate clients, event agencies, and venues
∙ Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract
∙ Build a pipeline you’re proud of and forecast it accurately
∙ Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility
∙ Partner with our production team to deliver solutions that win
What You Bring
∙ 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
∙ Direct experience in the event industry — agency, production, venue, or closely related
∙ A consultative approach, but a closer’s instinct
∙ The ability to self-manage, self-motivate, and self-generate opportunity
∙ Strong communication skills and a presence that earns trust quickly

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
