Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator to support our digital marketing, audience growth, and community engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, comfortable with social media and outreach, and able to execute marketing campaigns across digital and local channels. This role is suited for someone who enjoys testing new ideas, creating content, building relationships, and tracking results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing and audience growth campaigns.
- Create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Identify and contact creators, influencers, businesses, and potential partners.
- Support community engagement and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Research market trends, competitors, events, and growth opportunities.
- Track campaign results, leads, engagement, conversions, and acquisition metrics.
- Maintain organized outreach lists, reports, and follow-up schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, community management, outreach, or sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Meta Ads, or similar tools.
- Comfortable contacting businesses, creators, and potential partners.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance.
- French and English communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Montréal market is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
