Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setup, cooking, plating, and cleanup tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
