Experienced Framer – Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced, dependable framer to join our construction crew. This position is for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and can be trusted to get the job done without needing constant direction or supervision.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of framing experience
Strong knowledge of residential wood framing and general construction
Skilled and confident in all aspects of framing
Able to work independently and know what needs to be done without constantly looking for direction
Able to read plans, take measurements, make cuts, and complete work accurately
Reliable and punctual — must show up on time and ready to work
Hard-working with a strong work ethic
Works efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
Comfortable working as part of a crew or independently
Must have a valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle to get to job sites
Must have appropriate basic hand tools and work gear
Must have all safety cards up to date- Working At Heights, WHIMIS and Four Step Safety and Awareness Certification

We’re looking for someone who actually wants to work and takes pride in their trade. Reliability is extremely important. We need someone who can show up every day, work hard, use good judgment, and contribute to the crew without needing to be managed every step of the way.
This is not an entry-level position. Experienced framers only.
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Framing – 3 years minimum
Transportation: Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle required
Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
