Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Shingler / Roofing Installer to join our crew. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who can step in, get to work, and keep projects moving without constant direction.
You’ll be working on residential roofing projects, delivering high-quality installs while helping train newer team members and setting the standard on site.
We work hard, but we work smart — safety isn’t optional here.
Responsibilities
- Install asphalt shingles and complete roofing systems to a high standard
- Work efficiently and independently to keep jobs on track
- Train and support less experienced crew members
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and fall protection requirements
- Assist with material handling, setup, and general site prep
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of roofing/shingling experience
- Fall protection certification (required)
- Ability to work without supervision and problem-solve on the job
- Comfortable leading others and sharing knowledge
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
- Reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in doing the job right
Additional Info
- Driver’s license not required
- Vehicle not required – pickup/drop-off may be available depending on location
- Pay is based on experience
- This role is for experienced roofers only — applicants with less than 3 years of hands-on shingling experience will not be considered.
- We’re looking for someone who can work independently, lead by example, and take pride in doing the job right.
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
