As the first point of contact for our office—whether in person, by phone, or via email—you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for our Agents, Clients, and Management. This administrative support position is essential to keeping our front desk operations running smoothly and efficiently. From managing emails and uploading or updating listings, to preparing offers and providing overflow support to the Branch Manager, you’ll be an important part of ensuring our office functions seamlessly each day.

Minimum one year of Real Estate experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering phones via our web-based phone system
- Taking and sending messages for Agents using our internal paging system (Brokerbay)
- Receiving deposit cheques and preparing deposit receipts
- Managing emails and responding to agent requests
- Helping Agents with tasks such as typing, drafting letters and other documents
- Preparing offer documents using Webforms/TransactionDesk
- Brokerloading - uploading listings on TRREB
- Processing price changes and other amendments on MLS listings
- Organizing listing paperwork (using TransactionDesk)
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), Gmail, GoogleDocs
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new programs and platforms
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
