**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care services to patients in a Community Pharmacy setting
**Responsibilities:**
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
-Able to make sound decisions for the benefit of the patients and the business
- Review and interpret physician orders
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Active Pharmacist license in Ontario
- Knowledge of medication administration and medical terminology
- Experience in a community Pharmacy and providing Minor ailment counselling .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with the team
- Injection training is an asset .
