Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking)
- Apply paint using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and uniformity
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
- Report defects or issues to supervisors
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial painting
- Certification in industrial painting preferred
- Knowledge of paint types and application methods
- Ability to use painting equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physically able to stand for long periods and handle materials

Shift Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 3:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
