Position Summary
The Production & Customer Experience Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for helping oversee the daily operations of one of Canada's busiest professional photo labs.
Working alongside the General Manager, you'll lead production teams, support customer experience, improve workflow efficiencies, mentor staff, and help ensure every order leaving our facility meets the quality standards Technicare has become known for.
This position offers significant opportunity for professional growth as you become an integral part of our leadership team and help guide the continued success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of photo lab operations.
- Lead and support staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
- Coordinate production schedules and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all products and services.
- Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Proficient with computers and standard business software.
- Experience in photography, photo finishing, printing, graphic design, or a related industry is considered a strong asset.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
