- Communicate effectively with clients to explain coverage details and assist with claims

- Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets
**Skills:**
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance requirements
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure optimal insurance terms for clients
- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is beneficial
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging diverse clientele
