Are you poised, professional, and passionate about delivering a five-star client experience? Village Wellness Spa, a high-end medical spa with over 35 years of excellence, is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator to be the polished first impression our clientele expects.
This is not a seasonal or temporary position. We are looking for someone ready to commit long-term (2+ years) and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism in person and over the phone
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and daily spa flow using Meevo software
- Coordinate consultations and maintain accurate medical files
- Handle product and package sales with grace and confidence
- Assist with front desk merchandising, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure all client touchpoints are elegant, timely, and exceptional
Requirements:
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, with an elegant and professional phone voice
- Polished appearance and communication style – warm, articulate, and refined
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or front desk experience (spa, clinic, hotel, or hospitality preferred)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating booking software and email systems
- A genuine passion for wellness, beauty, and client care
- Not a student or temporary worker – this role requires long-term commitment
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
