Go Powder Inc. is actively recruiting individuals who are high performers, accountable, and professional. This position will be on an evaluation hire basis with a 3-month evaluation period.
· Excellent hand-eye co-ordination; able to stand for extended periods of time and do physical work, bending, twisting and lifting. High energy, working in a fast pace environment.
· Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment required
· Accuracy and attention to detail
·Media Blasting Experience preferred**But not required** Willing to train a suitable candidate!!!
· Must be reliable and self-motivated with a willingness to take on additional tasks and suggest improvement opportunities within a fast-paced work environment
· Own reliable transportation - No transit to our location
· Clean Class 5 Drivers License, or equivalent. The ability to drive a 5 Ton truck for deliveries.
· Must have CSA approved steel toe safety footwear.
· Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
· Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry up to 75 LBS on a regular basis.
· Frequent stooping and/or bending
· Constantly work in a high heat environment
· Frequently reach above or below shoulder heights
· Work safely at all times following safe work procedures and policies.
· Understand customer quality expectations and processes required to exceed those expectations.
· Operate forklifts.
· Handle products and equipment with care to ensure it is not damaged.
Clean and maintain all areas associated with your job duties including racking
40 hours per week “” Must be able to work Overtime when required!!
