Position Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with patient flow and administrative support for the medical team
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide compassionate communication and exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset
- Veterinary clinic experience is an asset but not required
- Passion for animal welfare and community care
