WE HAVE 50 TRUCKS AND OVER 60 SUMMER STAFF!
LAWN FERTILIZING $19-$35/hr depending on performance. You are always guaranteed no less than $19/hr. Most technicians are earning well over that within 2 weeks.
Summer schedule (July – Oct 1st) : Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm. (38 hours/week) Enjoy 3-day weekends in the summer! We only work Fridays if we need to make up a rain day or absence.
Green Blade has been in business for over 30 years. We have thousands of customers requiring lawn fertilizing and weed control. We are very organized and well established. Vehicles and equipment are kept in excellent condition. We have spare equipment and even spare trucks to keep you moving all summer.
You will be punctual, clean cut, courteous, polite, and will have a good eye for detail. Quality is essential! OUR FERTILIZER TECHNICIANS WORK INDIVIDUALLY AND INDEPENDENTLY! Each crew member is assigned the same truck for the entire summer. You must have a valid driver’s license and a driver’s abstract will be required.
You must have your own transportation to our shop as we are not near any bus routes.
We are located in Southwest Winnipeg.
In exchange for receiving several long weekends off over the summer, you must be available to work on all stat holidays!
Pay is provided weekly.
All training will be provided.
Work will include driving a company truck to residential homes, performing liquid fertilizer and weed control. You will always be working in only one or two adjacent neighbourhoods each day and all lists are very organized and scheduled in order to help you be as efficient as possible and make as much pay per hour as possible. All products are federally and provincially approved and are 100% safe for people, pets, and the environment.
You must be physically fit and motivated.
You must have a Manitoba driver's license and good driver's abstract.
Full time permanent year-round work is also available.
