Pioneer Youth Services provides residential treatment for children and youth with severe emotional, mental health, developmental, and behavioural needs. Our treatment facility consists of group homes that are licensed and supervised by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
We are seeking a Clinical Therapist Part Time 20 hours per week working closely with the youth in our care, providing short-term counselling.
At least a Bachelor of Social Work is required.
This is an existing position. AI will not be used in assessing appliactions.
This position requires the candidate to produce a Broadsector Police Check satisfactory to the agency prior to commencement of employment.
Experience in a group home setting with youth 12-18 years of age is preferred. Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSW&SSW), or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
