Role Overview:
As a Construction Site Coordinator, you will be crucial to our project management team. You will facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the general contractor, project owner, and subcontractors throughout the construction lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure that projects progress smoothly, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations and activities on construction sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the general contractor, project owner, and subcontractors.
- Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues or delays.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as needed to ensure swift resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Proficient communication and writing skills in English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating construction sites.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and negotiate effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
