Residential Property Cleaner – Apartments & Townhomes
Brentwood Family Housing Society is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Residential Property Cleaner to join our team.
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our apartment and townhome properties, including common areas and move-in/move-out cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain apartment common areas
- Complete detailed move-in and move-out cleaning of apartments
- Complete move-in and move-out cleaning of townhomes
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, and other areas as required
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize
- Ensure units are clean, presentable, and ready for new tenants
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance or cleaning concerns when identified
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset
- Must be physically capable of performing regular cleaning duties

Pay: $22.00 per hour
