Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform exterior cleaning tasks including window washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and surface scrubbing using appropriate tools and equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete cleaning projects efficiently
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure property appearance and safety standards are met
- Operate heavy lifting equipment or assist with moving large items when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored after use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during work activities
- Complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment such as pressure washers and vacuums
- Experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, often handling equipment or materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Good physical stamina with the capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and perform outdoor work for extended periods
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on job progress
- Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance at all times
