About the Role
Looking for flexible, well-paid part-time work at the start of the semester?
We’re looking for confident, outgoing university students to join our team as Campus Recruitment Representatives. You’ll help introduce other students to our summer business management and entrepreneurship opportunities through classroom presentations, campus events, booths, and one-on-one conversations.
This is a great short-term role for someone who is comfortable speaking in front of groups, approaching new people, and starting conversations.
No previous sales, marketing, or recruiting experience is required. We’re much more interested in finding people who are personable, motivated, reliable, and willing to put themselves out there.
You’ll earn $25/hour, work flexible hours around your class schedule, and build practical communication, recruiting, marketing, and sales experience you can add to your résumé.
What You’ll Do
- Give short presentations about our opportunities to university classes
- Approach and speak with students around campus
- Explain the opportunity and answer basic questions
- Encourage interested students to learn more or book a follow-up conversation
- Represent our company professionally and enthusiastically
- Help create awareness through campus events, booths, and other promotional activities
- Track interested candidates and your recruiting activity
- Work independently while receiving support and direction from our recruiting team
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll probably be a great fit if you are:
- Confident speaking in front of groups
- Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with people you don’t know
- Outgoing, friendly, and personable
- Motivated and willing to take initiative
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Results-driven
- A strong communicator
- Interested in developing sales, marketing, recruiting, or leadership skills
- Looking for flexible part-time work that fits around university
Previous sales, marketing, or recruiting experience is not required.
If you’re confident, hardworking, and willing to talk to people, we’ll teach you the rest.
