Job Description:
A prominent family is seeking an experienced part-time Housekeeper for a residence located downtown Toronto. The luxury condominium is approximately 4,500 square feet with fine surfaces, furniture, and artwork that requires special care and maintenance. This position is a live-out, part-time role, with a consistent schedule of Mondays and Tuesdays.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
This position is best suited for an experienced housekeeping professional who demonstrates expertise in detailed housekeeping, advanced laundry and fabric care, and takes pride in maintaining an impeccable residence.
· General housekeeping including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning
· Full laundry cycles including linens, towels, clothing, and bed preparation
· Excellent fabric-care skills, including ironing, hand-washing and spot cleaning
· Garbage and recycling management
· Careful attention to housekeeping is essential as the home has fine surfaces, fine linens and luxury goods such as art and sculptures
· Cleaning, organizing, dusting, polishing all general surfaces
· Cleaning and organization of closets, drawers, and cupboards
· Thorough cleaning of bathrooms to include replenishment of towels and toiletries
· In the absence of the Chef, cleaning and organization of refrigerator that includes throwing out expired food items
· Quarterly deep cleans of the residence
· Other related or non-related duties, as needed

The candidate is highly organized, systematic, personable, and creative. The candidate must be flexible and easily adapt to the Principal’s preferences and requests. In order to excel in this role, the candidate must have:
· Excellent English communication skills and professional personal presentation
· Excellent housekeeping knowledge and proven ability to care for and maintain fine surfaces, artwork and fine linens
· Organized with an ability to multi-task
· Maintain confidentiality and security of all household information and property. Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively and positively communicate with the Principal, family, and staff of all levels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
