Jjajang1980 is a busy Korean-Chinese restaurant located in North York (Yonge & Sheppard), and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

- Kitchen Assistant (Fry Station & Dishwasher)
Pay
$18.00 – $24.00/hour(Pay is based on experience.)
- Beginners: $18.00 – $18.50/hour
- Experienced cooks: $19.00 – $24.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Prepare fried menu items such as Sweet & Sour Pork, Tempura, Fried Chicken and other fried dishes.
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning.
- Basic food preparation.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
- Maintain food quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Experience in a restaurant kitchen is an asset but not required.
- Experience with deep frying is preferred.
- Must be reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred.
