Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments

Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cash handling is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
