Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Technician or Lead Roofer to perform roof inspections, leak diagnostics, repairs and complete roofing installations throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with flat roofing and torch-applied modified bitumen membrane systems. Candidates must be capable of independently assessing roofing issues, identifying the source of water intrusion, developing an appropriate repair plan and completing the work safely and professionally.
Experience with torch-on membrane, SBS systems, flashing, waterproofing, roof penetrations and emergency leak repairs is essential. Experience with shingles, EPDM, TPO and other roofing systems is considered a strong asset.
Preference will be given to candidates who have access to reliable roofing labourers or an established crew who can be mobilized for larger projects. Candidates able to provide and supervise labourers may qualify for lead technician or project-based compensation.
