· Cleaning all guest rooms as necessary and scheduled.
. Cleaning all public areas of the hotel as well as our busy restaurant
· Working with the front desk team to offer the best guest experience possible.
· Think outside of the box for ways that we can wow our guests.
· Assist in developing a team schedule
· Assist in hiring of team members
· Adhere to all Best Western Premier Collections brand standards
· Housekeeping training with Best Western Premier Collection
· Communicate with alternate shift housekeepers of rooms to be cleaned and special requests.
· Inspects guestrooms and public areas to ensure that they meet standards of cleanliness.
· Maintain work area neat and organized. Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
· Report room status to Front Desk. Communicate needs or errors to Housekeeping staff.
· Organize, manage and maintain linen and room supply inventory
· Work with maintenance staff on reporting of guest room issues.
· Follow through on guest complaints and requests regarding room services and ensure the appropriate follow-up with guests.
· Training new Team Members.
· Assist in setting up VIP rooms and packages.
· Attend all mandatory meetings.
· Any other task deemed appropriate and reasonable for the success of our hotel and restaurant operation as directed by the owners or Hotel Manager or General Manager.
Full time Hours 30 - 35 hours per week
