DioLaz Canada is a Canadian medical aesthetics and wellness equipment company serving clinics, medical spas, aesthetic professionals and wellness businesses across Canada.
Our product portfolio includes Health Canada-licensed laser and wellness equipment, including diode laser hair removal systems, fractional CO₂ lasers, picosecond lasers and pelvic floor health systems. In addition to equipment sales, we provide product demonstrations, training, customer education and after-sales support.
We are looking for a motivated, professional and highly organized Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator who is at the beginning of their career and interested in developing practical experience across sales, digital marketing, social media, advertising, content creation and e-commerce.
This is a sales-driven and customer-facing position. Social media, advertising, content creation and e-commerce activities are expected to support lead generation, customer follow-up and revenue growth.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will help respond to sales inquiries, maintain accurate lead records, follow up with prospective customers, create digital content and support the daily operation of our online sales and marketing platforms.
This role is suitable for a recent university graduate or an early-career professional with relevant internship, co-op, freelance, school project or personal project experience.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable communicating with business clients and able to follow established sales processes and company procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through email, phone, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, website forms and other company channels.
- Learn DioLaz products, services, training programs, warranties, financing options and customer support policies.
- Ask appropriate questions to understand each prospective customer’s business, location, needs and product interests.
- Assist with qualifying sales leads and identifying appropriate next steps.
- Schedule in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
- Prepare or assist with sales follow-up emails, product information and quotations.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers according to the company’s sales process.
- Assist with showroom appointments, product demonstrations, company events and trade shows.
- Communicate professionally with clinic owners, medical aesthetic professionals and other business customers.
- Work toward individual and company sales goals.
Lead Management and Sales Tracking
- Enter new leads accurately into the company’s CRM, Excel lead tracker or other designated system.
- Record customer names, business information, contact details, location, product interest and lead source.
- Document calls, emails, social media conversations and other customer interactions.
- Set and maintain follow-up dates.
- Update each lead’s sales stage and next action.
- Track whether marketing leads progress to demonstrations, quotations, financing discussions or completed sales.
- Help maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline.
- Prepare basic lead and sales activity updates for management.
Social Media and Content Creation
- Support the daily operation of DioLaz Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Use Meta Business Suite to review messages, comments, scheduled posts and account activity.
- Create Instagram Stories, Carousels, Reels, Posts and other digital content.
- Help maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Write and edit professional captions, promotional copy and educational content.
- Organize and update Instagram Story Highlights.
- Prepare holiday, promotional and operating-hours announcements.
- Convert technical product information into clear, engaging and customer-friendly content.
- Maintain consistency with DioLaz brand standards.
- Participate, when reasonably required, in selected professional product videos, demonstrations, events or company marketing content.
Meta Ads and Google Ads Support
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup and monitoring.
- Help prepare advertising copy, images, videos and landing-page content.
- Support audience research, keyword research and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor basic advertising metrics such as click-through rate, cost per lead and lead quality.
- Assist with A/B testing of advertising content.
- Help connect advertising results with lead-tracking and sales outcomes.
- Prepare basic campaign performance updates.
Graphic Design and Video Editing
- Use Canva to create social media graphics, advertising materials, website banners and educational content.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, advertising and product education.
- Create clean, professional and brand-consistent layouts.
- Organize photo and video assets.
- Support product photography, event photography and content-production activities when required.
- Make basic edits using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
Shopify, Amazon and E-Commerce Support
- Assist with Shopify order processing, editing, fulfilment and order timeline notes.
- Update product descriptions, product images, website banners, collections and blog content.
- Review the website for outdated content, broken links or visual inconsistencies.
- Support basic Amazon listing, order, inventory and platform-notification tasks.
- Use Freightcom or similar shipping platforms to prepare shipping quotations, labels and tracking information.
- Record shipment details and communicate shipping updates when required.
- Learn and follow company procedures for e-commerce, logistics and customer communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, E-commerce or another relevant field.
- Approximately 0–2 years of relevant experience. Internship, co-op, freelance, school project and personal project experience will be considered.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong professional communication and customer-service skills.
- Interest in sales, lead follow-up and customer relationship development.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads or digital advertising concepts.
- Experience using Canva or a similar design platform.
- Basic video-editing ability using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or a similar program.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Ability to learn technical product information.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working toward sales targets and performance goals.
- Comfortable working on-site in Oakville.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle for occasional business travel.
- Ability to travel within Canada when required.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- French-language skills are considered a strong asset.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly preferred.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Freightcom or another e-commerce or shipping platform.
- Experience using a CRM or Excel-based lead-management system.
- Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, medical devices, B2B sales or another customer-facing industry.
- Experience creating social media content for a business or professional brand.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar creative software.

Compensation and Schedule
- $18.00 per hour.
- Sales commission eligibility.
- Performance-based bonus eligibility.
- Full-time, 40 paid hours per week.
- Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- The regular workday includes a 30-minute unpaid meal break.
- The schedule may occasionally be adjusted based on business needs, while regular weekly hours remain 40 hours.
- This is an on-site position in Oakville, Ontario.
- Occasional local and domestic business travel may be required.
- Approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
Sales commissions and performance-based bonuses are governed by the company’s applicable compensation plans and are not guaranteed as part of base wages.
Training and Probation
- The position includes structured, paid onboarding and product training.
- A role-specific training assessment will be conducted during the second week of employment.
- The position includes a three-month probationary period.
- A formal performance and compensation review will be conducted at the end of the probationary period.
- Any compensation adjustment will be based on demonstrated capability, performance, sales results and business needs.
