JUSTJUNK.com, the respected junk removal industry leader in Canada is seeking Full and Part time DRIVERS, both permanent and seasonal (also need Supervisors or those with the potential to move into supervisory role), to help us fulfill the on-going demand for residential, commercial and industrial junk removal. Experience preferred but No experience is required as we will train the right people that bring a positive, outgoing personality, energy and a "can do" attitude. We are currently seeking mature, responsible and reliable Part Time and Full time Drivers for our 7 day per week operation. Benefits are offered after probation period for FT eployees. Tips are substantial and often exceed daily wages with employees easily earning $25-$35+/hr. We offer flexible schedules and can accommodate school schedules during the school year. Candidates must have at least some weekend availability. PT weekend shifts and/or afternoon/evening shifts are also potentially available. Trucks only require a Class 5 license.
Based out of our Coquitlam office, the truck team members will provide customers with top quality service by providing quotes for junk removal, invoicing customers, providing receipts and securing payments. The truck team member must ensure the removal of "junk" in a timely and professional manner, as well as appropriate clean-up at the completion of a job. The Driver position is not simply a driving job, successful candidates will be expected to be the main point of contact with our customers and will be expected to learn how to quote and assess all jobs following completion of training.
The truck team members will be ambassadors for JUSTJUNK.com at all times. Other duties include the preservation and promotion of our service-oriented and professional corporate image including regular truck care and maintenance.
*Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Must have flexibility, shifts can go into OT
Valid BC Class 5 driver's license - No N Designation
Good physical shape (you will be lifting and moving heavy and light objects)
Excellent time management and problem solving and prioritizing skills
Must work well as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communications
Attention to detail
Must be able to work at least some weekends/weekend shifts in spring/summer
Ability to multi-task
Technology literate
