We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and staff performance.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Track sales, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory restaurant role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and staff management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
Pay: $18.00-$30.58 per hour
